Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to custom duties, VAT, or other fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customers.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you run into an issue, email us - we’ll do what we can.
